Enjoy our galettes salées de sarrazin (buckwheat) or our  sweet homemade crêpes au froment (wheat) or maybe an ice-cream. … And for the most gourmand our specialty: the caramel made with  la fleur de sel , the flower of the salt, from the l’île de Ré

After returning from  the beach or a walk on the Ile de Ré do not forget the traditional “aperitif amongst friends”
