Individual reservations<\/h2><p>These general terms and conditions apply to all direct reservations made with H\u00f4tel Les Colonnes. They are communicated to the client at the time of booking confirmation. Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.<\/p><p>All rates are in Euros (\u20ac), including all taxes (TTC), and reflect the applicable VAT rate on the booking date. Any change in VAT rates or the introduction of new legal taxes imposed by authorities will be automatically applied to the final invoice.<\/p><p>The tourist tax is charged per person per night and amounts to \u20ac0.99 (rate as of January 1, 2024), including the departmental additional tax.<br \/>Exemptions: Minors, emergency housing beneficiaries, and seasonal workers in the municipality.<\/p><p>Rates apply per room for the selected number of guests and period. They do not include additional services such as breakfast, bar, parking, pets, or other hotel amenities.<\/p><p>Rates are subject to change at any time. Booking Conditions &amp; Guarantee<\/h2><p>Reservations can be made directly via:<\/p><ul><li>Our website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotellescolonnes.com\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.hotellescolonnes.com<\/a><\/li><li>By phone or email \u2013 at the best guaranteed rate<\/li><\/ul><p>For partner booking sites, please refer to the specific terms listed on those platforms.<\/p><p>Reservations are only confirmed if guaranteed by a valid credit card number with expiration date.<br \/>The hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking if the credit card details are incorrect or incomplete.<\/p><p>By making a reservation (by phone or online), you accept the hotel&#8217;s general terms and authorize H\u00f4tel Les Colonnes to charge your card.<\/p><p>For guaranteeing your reservation, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card as follows:<br \/>\u2714 50% of the stay for reservations of more than 4 nights<br \/>\u2714 100% of the stay for reservations of 1 to 3 nights<\/p><h3>Booking Confirmation<\/h3><p>Once the reservation is confirmed, the guest will receive an email with:<\/p><ul><li>Check-in &amp; check-out dates<\/li><li>Room type and rate per night<\/li><li>Tourist tax rate applicable for the current year<\/li><li>Breakfast pricing (continental breakfast option)<\/li><li>Directions to the hotel (due to one-way streets in the area)<\/li><li>Parking options (regulated, paid, and free parking available)<\/li><li>Cancellation policies &amp; fees based on stay duration<\/li><li>Reception hours for check-in<\/li><\/ul><h3>Cancellation &amp; No-Show Policy<\/h3><p>For cancellations made less than 6 days before arrival:<br \/>\u2714 100% charge for stays of 1 to 3 nights<br \/>\u2714 50% charge for stays of 4 nights or more<\/p><p>Exceptions:<br \/>Cancellation fees may be waived for medical reasons upon presentation of a doctor\u2019s certificate. Guest Responsibilities<\/h2><p>H\u00f4tel Les Colonnes is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to guests&#8217; belongings during their stay.<\/p><p>A safe is provided in each room for storing valuables.<\/p><p>Guests must inform reception of any damages they cause.<\/p><p>Guests are financially responsible for any damages in their room or common areas.<\/p><p>Any missing or damaged items in the room or hotel will be charged to the credit card provided for guarantee.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udead Non-Smoking Policy<\/p><p>All hotel rooms are non-smoking.<\/p><p>Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee due to the inability to re-rent the room immediately.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>5.
