General terms & conditions of sale
1. Individual reservations
These general terms and conditions apply to all direct reservations made with Hôtel Les Colonnes. They are communicated to the client at the time of booking confirmation. Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
All rates are in Euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), and reflect the applicable VAT rate on the booking date. Any change in VAT rates or the introduction of new legal taxes imposed by authorities will be automatically applied to the final invoice.
The tourist tax is charged per person per night and amounts to €0.99 (rate as of January 1, 2024), including the departmental additional tax.
Exemptions: Minors, emergency housing beneficiaries, and seasonal workers in the municipality.
Rates apply per room for the selected number of guests and period. They do not include additional services such as breakfast, bar, parking, pets, or other hotel amenities.
Rates are subject to change at any time. The only contractual price is the one stated in the booking confirmation sent by the hotel.
All reservations, regardless of their origin, must be paid in Euros (€) only.

2. Booking Conditions & Guarantee
Reservations can be made directly via:

- By phone or email – at the best guaranteed rate
For partner booking sites, please refer to the specific terms listed on those platforms.
Reservations are only confirmed if guaranteed by a valid credit card number with expiration date.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking if the credit card details are incorrect or incomplete.
By making a reservation (by phone or online), you accept the hotel’s general terms and authorize Hôtel Les Colonnes to charge your card.
For guaranteeing your reservation, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card as follows:
✔ 50% of the stay for reservations of more than 4 nights
✔ 100% of the stay for reservations of 1 to 3 nights
Booking Confirmation
Once the reservation is confirmed, the guest will receive an email with:
- Check-in & check-out dates
- Room type and rate per night
- Tourist tax rate applicable for the current year
- Breakfast pricing (continental breakfast option)
- Directions to the hotel (due to one-way streets in the area)
- Parking options (regulated, paid, and free parking available)
- Cancellation policies & fees based on stay duration
- Reception hours for check-in
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
For cancellations made less than 6 days before arrival:
✔ 100% charge for stays of 1 to 3 nights
✔ 50% charge for stays of 4 nights or more
Exceptions:
Cancellation fees may be waived for medical reasons upon presentation of a doctor’s certificate. Contact reception at +33 5 46 09 21 58.
Changes to reservations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on hotel availability.
No-Show:
If the guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date:
✔ 100% of the stay will be charged
✔ The reservation will be canceled entirely

3. Check-In & Check-Out
✔ Check-in: From 3:00 PM
✔ Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Late Check-Out Policy:
- Rooms occupied after 11:00 AM will be subject to an additional charge.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM, please notify the hotel in advance.
- For late arrivals, guests will receive night check-in instructions, including an access code and instructions on retrieving their room key.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Hôtel Les Colonnes is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings during their stay.
A safe is provided in each room for storing valuables.
Guests must inform reception of any damages they cause.
Guests are financially responsible for any damages in their room or common areas.
Any missing or damaged items in the room or hotel will be charged to the credit card provided for guarantee.
🚭 Non-Smoking Policy
All hotel rooms are non-smoking.
Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee due to the inability to re-rent the room immediately.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you have an unresolved dispute during your stay, you may contact a consumer mediator for free:

Do Not Call Registry (BLOCTEL)
If you do not wish to be contacted by phone, you can register with BLOCTEL to block telemarketing calls.
We will only use your phone number to:
- Provide late check-in instructions if you have not checked in on time.
- Notify you if you left your room key at reception.
- Inform you of forgotten items or clothes in your room.
Additional Information
Half-Board Packages
- Half-board includes room, breakfast, and one meal (excluding drinks).
- Guests must confirm in advance whether their meal will be lunch or dinner.
Restaurant Opening Hours
- Closed every Wednesday (lunch & dinner) and Saturday lunch.
- The bar remains open daily, and breakfasts are served at the bar.
Check-in & Check-out Times
✔ Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
✔ Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Pedestrian Zone Restrictions
- The hotel is sometimes located in a pedestrian zone.
- Contact reception in advance if you need car access to drop off luggage.
- You will be provided with a city access code.
Parking Information
- Public parking is available approximately 400 meters from the hotel.
⚠ Important:
Be mindful that Hôtel Les Colonnes is occasionally within a restricted pedestrian area. If you wish to drop off your luggage by car, please contact the front desk for access instructions.
