A Family Tradition Since 1905
Since the early 20th century, Les Colonnes has been an iconic establishment on the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré. Today, it is managed by sisters Sophie and Caroline Cochard. Our team warmly welcomes you and invites you to enjoy the ever-changing colors of the sky throughout the seasons.
Breakfast – €9.50 per person
A continental breakfast including a hot drink, bread, butter, jam, a croissant, and a multi-fruit juice is available:
- Room service (8 AM – 10 AM) – no extra charge. Dial 9 to order.
- Served at the Bar or on the terrace (8 AM – 11 AM).
- Additional options available upon request (extra charge):
- Freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice
- Seasonal fruit
- Organic plain yogurt
- Fruit compote
- Ham, cheese
- Gluten-free bread or cake (must be requested before arrival).
Lunch & Dinner
Our restaurant menu is available at the Bar – Bistro – Crêperie during service hours:
- Lunch: 12 PM – 2 PM
- Dinner: 7:30 PM – 8:45 PM
- Closed on Wednesdays (lunch & dinner) and Saturday lunch.
At the Bar – Crêperie, savory galettes and sweet crêpes are served from 12 PM to 9 PM, except on Wednesdays.
Bar – Bistro – Crêperie
Enjoy our terrace on the port, with a selection of local drinks and house cocktails.

- High season: 8 AM – 10 PM

Wake-up Call Service
You can set up your own wake-up call from your room phone:
- Pick up the phone (dial tone).
- Dial 60, then enter the time in four digits.
- Example: To set a wake-up call for 8:15 AM, dial 60 + 0815, then hang up.
Alternatively, you can request a wake-up call from the reception (available from 8 AM to 8 PM).
Reception Contact & Check-out
- To contact reception: Dial 9 from your room phone.
- Check-out time: Before 11 AM.
- Late check-out: After 12 PM, an additional night will be charged.
- Early departure: If leaving before 8 AM, please check out the evening before by 8 PM.
- Late return: If returning after 8 PM, don’t forget to keep your room key and the hotel’s night access code, as the reception closes at this time.
In-room Safe :
A safe is provided in your room:
- To lock: Enter a 4-digit code, then press “Close”.
- To unlock: Re-enter your 4-digit code, and the display will show “Open”.

The hotel offers a gated private parking lot with limited spaces.

In an effort to reduce pollution and conserve water, we invite you to follow these eco-friendly practices during your stay:
- Bed linen: If you wish to change your sheets, please place them at the room entrance or inform the reception.
- Towels:
- Place towels in the shower only if you want them replaced.
- Otherwise, leave them on the heated towel racks.
By following these simple steps, you contribute to protecting our precious water resources.
